Neighborhoods in Scottsdale

Do you want to live in the heart of retail and nightlife? Maybe tucked into the base of mountains with your closest neighbor being a roadrunner is more your style. Or perhaps in a magnificent masterplanned community complete with biking trails and a lake? The neighborhoods in scottsdale have everything you could want. Some of these neighborhoods include:

Cave Creek. Cowboys, dusty trails and saloons may be hard to find in Scottsdale and Phoenix these days. Head a bit further north and you’ll find the spirit of the Old West alive and kicking in Cave Creek. This small desert town offers great shopping, dining and gorgeous desert scenery in spades.

Gainey Ranch. An upscale Scottsdale community situated on what was once a 640-acre Arabian horse ranch owned by Daniel C. Gainey. Over the years, the community has developed into one of the ritziest addresses in Scottsdale. The community is home to the popular Gainey Ranch Golf Club. One of the glitziest resorts in town, the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch also on location.

McCormick Ranch. McCormick Ranch is one of the largest planned communities here, and also one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Scottsdale. This upscale community is home to two championship 18-hole golf courses (McCormick Ranch Golf Club’s Palm Course and Pine Course), more than 25 miles of bicycle paths, parks, public tennis courts and seven man-made lakes.

Old Town. Scottsdale is famous for luxurious resorts, golf courses, and high-end boutiques, but the heart of the city is Old Town. This Western-tinged quarter celebrates the city’s past while still remaining a lively point of destination for locals and visitors. Whether you’re shopping for hand-crafted jewelry, dining at a hot new gastropub, or stepping behind the red velvet rope at a downtown nightspot, this lively, pedestrian-friendly zone is one of the most popular and unique neighborhoods in Scottsdale and the Phoenix Metro area.
